Job SummaryThis entry‑level, individual contributor role involves managing and moving spare parts and medical devices to support the Service & Repair organization. The position requires adherence to regulatory and company safety and quality standards and involves routine operations in a warehouse environment.
Responsibilities- Receive, inspect, stock, and manage inventory of spare parts and medical devices to support service operations.
- Package, ship, and track spare parts and medical devices for domestic and international destinations.
- Process returned equipment, facilitate product movement throughout the service center, and maintain accurate inventory records using service systems.
- Follow safety, quality, and regulatory requirements while supporting efficient warehouse, logistics, and inventory management operations.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience and Skills:
- 0-2 years of experience working in a warehouse organization.
- Basic verbal and written communication skills, including Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to frequently lift and carry materials and equipment weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Preferred: 2+ years of related experience in the Medical Device industry or other regulated fields.
- Experience with Fed Ex / DHL Shipping software.
- Ability to safely operate material handling equipment, including forklifts and other powered industrial vehicles.
Base Pay Range: $41,000.00 – $66,700.00
This role is eligible to participate in the company’s long‑term incentive program and consolidated retirement plan (401(k)).
Benefits- Vacation – 120 hours per calendar year.
- Sick time – 40 hours per calendar year (48 hours for Colorado residents, 56 hours for Washington residents).
- Holiday pay, including floating holidays – 13 days per calendar year.
- Work, Personal and Family Time – up to 40 hours per calendar year.
- Parental Leave – 480 hours within one year of the birth/adoption/foster care of a child.
- Bereavement Leave – 240 hours for an immediate family member; 40 hours for an extended family member per calendar year.
- Caregiver Leave – 80 hours in a 52‑week rolling period.
- Volunteer Leave – 32 hours per calendar year.
- Military Spouse Time‑Off – 80 hours per calendar year.
