Stock Room, Warehouse, and Logistics Support Personnel
We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Stock Room, Warehouse, and Logistics Support Personnel to join our team in the Eastgate area. Working on first shift, this hybrid role supports manufacturing operations through inventory control, material handling, stockroom management, and backup logistics coordination. You will ensure raw materials, components, and finished goods are accurately received, stored, tracked, and moved to keep production on schedule and meet customer needs.
Key ResponsibilitiesInventory & Stockroom Management
Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials and supplies against purchase orders and packing slips.
Organize stockroom inventory for accuracy, accessibility, and company standard compliance.
Conduct regular cycle counts and physical inventory audits.
Monitor stock levels and flag shortages, discrepancies, or replenishment needs to management and purchasing.
Log precise inventory transactions in the ERP/MRP system and resolve variances.
Material Handling
Transport raw materials, components, and finished goods between receiving, the stockroom, production, and shipping.
Stage materials for production lines according to work orders and manufacturing schedules.
Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment.
Ensure clear labeling, proper packaging, and secure storage of all items.
Keep the warehouse and stockroom areas clean, orderly, and safe.
Logistics Coordination (Backup Support)
Coordinate outbound shipments with carriers, suppliers, and customers as needed.
Prepare logistics documentation, including bills of lading, packing lists, and shipping paperwork.
Schedule freight pickups and deliveries to meet production timelines and customer deadlines.
Track shipments and provide updates to internal teams.
Cross-Functional Support
Partner with production, purchasing, quality, and customer service teams to maintain a smooth material flow.
Assist with continuous improvement initiatives for inventory control and warehouse operations.
Support special warehouse and production projects as assigned.
Strict adherence to all company safety policies and procedures.
High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Experience with material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks).
Familiarity with ERP/MRP systems for inventory tracking.
Ability to work effectively across warehouse, production, and administrative functions.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $18.00 - $20.00
