Warehouse Coordinator

Modern Office Methods is seeking a Warehouse Coordinator to support our technology and managed services operations. In this role, you will manage incoming and outgoing IT equipment, maintain accurate inventory records, coordinate shipments, and ensure timely order fulfillment for our clients. You will use warehouse management tools, follow safety and security procedures, and work closely with service and sales teams to align inventory with project needs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and shipping IT and office equipment
• Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems and standard reporting tools
• Coordinate order picking, packing, and shipment scheduling to meet client deadlines
• Inspect incoming and outgoing products for accuracy, damage, and compliance with company standards
• Work closely with service, sales, and IT teams to align inventory availability with project and service needs
• Perform regular cycle counts and physical inventories to minimize discrepancies and stockouts
• Operate material handling equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and efficiently
• Enforce warehouse safety, security, and cleanliness standards in accordance with OSHA guidelines
• Assist in process improvements to increase warehouse efficiency and accuracy
• Support implementation of new warehouse tools, labeling, and workflow procedures as needed
