Warehouse Coordinator

Performance Food Group is seeking a Warehouse Coordinator to support efficient, accurate, and safe operations in our wholesale food distribution center. In this role, you will coordinate daily receiving, picking, packing, and shipping activities to ensure on-time, error-free delivery to restaurants, schools, healthcare, and retail customers. You will monitor inventory, perform cycle counts, maintain documentation in our warehouse systems, and partner closely with drivers, sales, and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily warehouse receiving, picking, packing, and shipping activities to meet delivery schedules
• Monitor inventory accuracy, conduct cycle counts, and reconcile discrepancies in warehouse systems
• Support safe operation of material handling equipment and enforce safety and cleanliness standards
• Collaborate with drivers, sales, and customer service to resolve order or delivery issues promptly
• Prepare and verify shipping documents, labels, and records in warehouse management systems
• Assist in slotting, layout changes, and process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce errors
• Train and guide warehouse associates on procedures, productivity goals, and safety practices
