We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations. This role will ensure inventory accuracy, optimize workflows, and maintain a safe and efficient work environment. The ideal candidate will have experience in warehouse management, leadership skills, and a strong commitment to operational excellence.

• Supervise warehouse staff, including hiring, training, and performance management.
• Manage release of orders for Warehouse team to pick and ship, as well as jobs that are complete to be picked and staged.
• Oversee receiving, storing, and shipping of industrial air compressor equipment and parts.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Implement and enforce safety protocols to ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards.
• Coordinate logistics and transportation to optimize deliveries and reduce costs.
• Improve warehouse efficiency through process improvements and technology utilization.
• Conduct regular audits and cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy.
• Communicate effectively with sales, service, and operations teams to meet customer demands.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and organization.

• 3+ years of warehouse supervision or management experience, preferably in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Knowledge of inventory control systems and warehouse management software.
• Ability to operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment (certification preferred).
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with OSHA safety regulations and compliance.
• High level of attention to detail and commitment to quality service.
