The Warehouse Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Cincinnati, OH, responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations to support HVAC/R and plumbing services. This role manages inventory levels, organizes stock, and ensures accurate receiving, storing, and issuing of materials, tools, and equipment. The Warehouse Manager coordinates shipping and receiving activities, maintains orderly storage areas, and ensures compliance with safety procedures, including proper use of forklifts and other equipment.
The position involves supervising warehouse staff, setting priorities, optimizing workflows, and collaborating with field technicians and office teams to meet project and service demands. The Warehouse Manager also monitors inventory data, supports process improvements, and contributes to a clean, efficient, and safe warehouse environment.
- Candidates should possess strong Stock Control and Inventory Control skills to manage materials accurately and efficiently.
- Candidates should possess Inventory Management and Operations Management skills to optimize warehouse processes and support service operations.
- Candidates should possess Forklift Operation skills and adherence to safety practices for handling and moving materials.
- Relevant experience in warehouse supervision or management, preferably in HVAC/R, plumbing, construction, or similar industries.
- Ability to lead and train team members, prioritize tasks, and maintain organized, safe working conditions.
- Proficiency with basic computer systems and inventory software; strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional technical or logistics education is a plus.
