Shift: 7:30 PM – Finish Schedule set at time of hire Production-Based Pay Join the warehouse team supporting a busy grocery distribution operation. As a Warehouse Unloader, you'll help move incoming product from trailers into the warehouse and prepare freight for the next stage of the operation. This is an active, hands-on position where your earnings are tied to production. You'll work as part of a team to keep freight moving safely and efficiently throughout the shift.
What You'll Do Unload grocery products from trailers and move freight into designated warehouse areas Build and organize pallets according to established procedures Sort, stack, and position product for warehouse processing Check freight for accuracy and report damaged or missing product Maintain an organized and clean work area Follow workplace safety procedures and proper lifting techniques Assist with other warehouse tasks as business needs change What We're Looking For Comfortable working in a fast-paced, physically active warehouse Able to repeatedly lift, carry, push, and pull products weighing approximately 25–75 lbs.
Previous forklift driving experience Dependable attendance and willingness to work the scheduled shift Ability to follow instructions and work effectively with a team Previous warehouse experience is helpful, but training is available What You Can Expect $600–$1,000+ per week, based on production Weekly pay Paid training Benefits available after 60 days of employment Opportunities to learn additional warehouse functions and advance within the operation Safety-focused work environment Potential opportunities to work at other locations through Capstone's travel team About Capstone Capstone provides warehouse and supply chain services for companies across North America.
