The Cincy Warehouse Associate reports directly to the Operations Manager and is responsible for various tasks involved in the storage, organization, and distribution of goods within a warehouse setting. This role typically involves receiving, unpacking, labeling, storing, and picking items according to orders. Warehouse associates may also be involved in inventory management, maintaining a clean and safe workspace, and occasionally operating machinery such as forklifts or pallet jacks.

• Operate forklift, pallet jack, reach truck to pull and prepare outbound customer orders
• Build, wrap, sort, pick, pack, and stage customer orders
• Load outbound delivery trucks and will calls
• Consolidate product to maximize space utilization
• Repackage and/or relabel products due to damages/vendor errors and returns
• Stock received merchandise and/or movement of stock items
• Clean the workspace as you for and participate with the team in keeping the facility clean, safe and accident-free.
• Answer phone calls and follow-up on orders, shortages and/or mistakes.
• Follow all Millcraft policies, procedures, and guidelines as outlined in the employee handbook and departmental SOPs
• Ensure a safe working environment by strictly following all safety protocols and standards including reporting unsafe conditions, near-misses and incidents immediately to your manager

• High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
• Minimum 1+ years’ warehouse experience, preferably in shipping and receiving
• Minimum 1+ years’ experience with Forklifts
• Minimum 1+ years’ experience with Pallet Jacks
• Minimum 1+ years’ experience with Reach Trucks
