Accounts Receivable Clerk

A growing manufacturing company in the southern Columbus, OH suburbs is looking for an Accounts Receivable Clerk / Specialist to join its accounting team.

In this role, you will support the AR function and help ensure customer accounts are accurate, timely, and well-maintained. Responsibilities may include:

• Prepare and process customer invoices
• Apply cash receipts and post payments
• Monitor customer accounts and follow up on past-due balances
• Research and resolve billing or payment discrepancies
• Assist with credit memos, account reconciliations, and AR aging reports
• Partner with internal teams and customers to answer questions and resolve issues
• Support month-end close and other accounting projects as needed

• Prior accounts receivable, accounting, billing, or cash application experience
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Good communication and follow-up skills
• Comfortable working in Excel and accounting/ERP systems
• Manufacturing experience is helpful, but not required
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn

• Base salary up to $60,000
  , depending on experience
• Initially onsite while getting trained and up to speed
• After training, schedule transitions to 4 days in office and 1 day from home
