About Our Client
Our client is a full-service public accounting firm with deep roots in the Midwest, providing tax, accounting, and business consulting services to a diverse client base including closely held businesses, agribusiness, real estate, construction, healthcare, nonprofits, and professional services firms. With 83 professionals across six offices, the firm has built its reputation on a team-based advisory model, where every client is served by the whole firm, not just one person.
The firm focuses on underserved markets, establishing a presence in communities where quality accounting advisory is hard to find and strong client relationships can be built. It is in active growth mode, planning to reach 150–200 professionals over the next three years through organic growth and strategic acquisitions. The firm offers a flexible hybrid schedule, a clear path to partnership, and two respected tracks—technical expertise or partnership.
The culture is entrepreneurial, fostering client engagement and business development opportunities.
