As a Midas General Service Technician, you are the backbone of our business. You’ll receive guaranteed base compensation plus weekly bonus payments tied to each service you perform. No experience is needed; we provide paid training.

• Install new tires and wheels, perform tire services such as rotations, balancing, and flat repairs to keep vehicles operating safely.
• Earn weekly bonus payments in addition to your guaranteed hourly rate.

• Automotive experience is a plus but not required; motivation to learn is essential.
• Must be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the U.S.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift or move items weighing over 50 pounds.
• Dependability, teamwork orientation, and a commitment to providing quality service in a fast‑paced environment.
