Daily

Responsibilities:

Prepare accurate estimates for commercial, publicand residentialbuilding construction projects
Create and manage submittals, take-offs, and punch out lists
Assist with pre-construction activities such as scope development and change orders

Required Skills:

Experience in commercial and residential BUILDING construction
Knowledge of bidding processes, request for information, and building construction
Ability to develop and manage construction documentation and scope

Nice to Have

Skills:

Experience with submitting government project bids
Construction Management

Salary and Benefits :

Minimum Hourly Compensation: $32.00 per hour
Maximum Hourly Compensation: $36.00 per hour
Possible Health, Dental and Vision Benefits depending on hours worked
