This position offers a guaranteed base salary of $3,000 per month, with potential to earn more through bonus opportunities.

- Monday - Friday (8:30am - 5pm) Work Schedule

- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person with a friendly and helpful demeanor.
- Assist policyholders with policy changes, endorsements, and billing questions.
- Process new insurance applications and renewals accurately and efficiently.
- Provide information about insurance products and services to clients.
- Help resolve customer issues and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update policy information in our system.
- Proven customer service experience, preferably in the insurance industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using computer systems and customer management software.
- A positive attitude and a genuine desire to help people.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Obtain and maintain Property and Casualty Insurance License within the first 6 months of hiring.
