Teacher 1 (Mathematics) $5,000 Sign On Bonus!

DYS is seeking a Teacher 1 (Math) to oversee facility behavioral healthcare functions. The ideal candidate will be a strong leader with a solid background and a passion to habilitate youth. Specifically, the Teacher 1 (Math) will:

• Instruct students at Circleville Juvenile Correctional Facility (CJCF) in academic Math programs
• Conduct on-going assessment of student progress to update records of student's needs & corresponding instructional & training programs
• Care for & maintain all classroom equipment & learning aides
• Attend a variety of meetings (e.g., in-service training, treatment teams, student interviews) & maintain professional growth through participation in meetings, workshops & formal education programs
