Gentiva's Heartland Hospice division seeks a compassionate Hospice Aide/CNA to provide direct personal care and emotional support to patients wherever they call home, including private residences and hospice facilities.
Applicants must hold an active CNA license in the employment state and CPR certification, plus a valid driver’s license with reliable transportation. 6 months of direct patient care experience is required.
