Logistics Lead

TD Synnex is seeking a Logistics Lead to oversee end-to-end logistics operations within our Transportation & Logistics department. You'll manage carrier relationships, optimize routing and inventory flows, and leverage TMS/WMS tools to ensure on-time, cost-effective delivery. Partner closely with cross-functional tech teams to support scalable, data-driven logistics solutions. In our innovative, collaborative culture, you'll drive continuous improvement, lead daily execution, and contribute to impactful projects that enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily logistics operations, including inbound and outbound shipments
• Coordinate carriers, 3
• PLs, and warehouse teams to ensure on-time delivery
• Monitor inventory levels and optimize storage, routing, and scheduling
• Use TMS/WMS and data analytics to track KPIs and drive process improvements
• Resolve logistics issues, escalations, and service disruptions quickly
• Collaborate with cross functional tech teams to support new product rollouts
• Maintain compliance with transportation, safety, and trade regulations
• Prepare reports and dashboards on cost, service levels, and performance
