Technical Service Support (Heavy Equipment)

$55,000 - $70,000 + Performance Bonus + Company Shares + PTO + Holidays + Progression + 401K + Medical + Dental + Vision + Life Insurance + Company Laptop + Other Excellent Benefits.

Location: Circleville, Ohio (Commutable from Junction City, Lancaster, Chillicothe, Washington Court House, Athens, Mount Sterling, Waverly, Columbus, Lancaster, Logan).

• Support service operations by processing work orders and handling warranties.
• Communicate with customers regarding repair and service processes.
• Coordinate technician workflow and ensure timely, quality service completion.

• Strong mechanical knowledge.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Proficient in diagnostics and repair procedures for heavy equipment.
