What You’ll Do as an Assistant Manager- Lead and run shifts as an Assistant Manager to ensure high-quality washes and outstanding customer service
- Coach, mentor, and develop team members to improve performance and engagement
- Support daily operations and ensure all Assistant Manager responsibilities are executed efficiently
- Maintain compliance with operational standards, safety procedures, and equipment guidelines
- Stay informed on products, services, and promotions to drive sales and membership growth
- Assist in achieving site goals, KPIs, and overall business performance
- Perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 pounds throughout your shift
- A warm, genuine smile and a positive leadership presence
- Strong communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills
- A customer-first mindset with the ability to lead by example
- High level of dependability, accountability, and punctuality
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Previous leadership, supervisor, or management experience
