Energy Recovery Operations Lead

As the Energy Recovery Operations Lead
, you will be onsite at the Circleville, Ohio plant, reporting to the Manager Energy Recovery Unit. This role is critical in ensuring the safety of all team members while maintaining efficient material handling, inventory control, incineration, and steam generation processes. You will oversee shift personnel, implement ERU policies, resolve conflicts, and serve as a technical resource for the team.

Your schedule will be rotational.

• Manage shift personnel to ensure safe and efficient operations of the ERU kiln and related systems.
• Oversee material handling, inventory control, incineration, and steam generation processes.
• Implement ERU policies, resolve conflicts, and provide leadership to the shift team.
• Be the technical resource to support ERU personnel.
• Ensure compliance with safety and operational standards.

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Boiler operator's license from the State of Ohio (or ability to obtain).
• 1 to 3 years of supervisory experience in plant maintenance, production, or related fields.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
