We are searching for a Manufacturing Technology Engineer. This individual will provide technical expertise to manufacturing operations to maintain production performance, improve process capability, and support operational excellence.

This role serves as a key technical resource for manufacturing teams, troubleshooting process and equipment issues, implementing process improvements, and driving continuous improvement initiatives to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality production.

The successful candidate will leverage engineering knowledge and practical experience to analyze manufacturing challenges, develop effective solutions, and support the ongoing optimization of manufacturing technologies, equipment, and processes.

This role is 100% onsite in our Circleville Ohio facility.

What You Will Do
  • Provide technical support to manufacturing operations to maintain and improve production performance.
  • Investigate and resolve process, equipment, and manufacturing-related issues that impact safety, quality, delivery, or cost.
  • Analyze manufacturing data and process trends to identify opportunities for improvement and increased process capability.
  • Develop, implement, and validate process improvements, equipment modifications, and technology enhancements.
  • Support root cause investigations and corrective actions for process deviations, equipment failures, and quality concerns.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Operations, Quality, Maintenance, Supply Chain, and Engineering to solve complex manufacturing challenges.
  • Develop and maintain engineering standards, procedures, work instructions, and technical documentation.
  • Participate in capital projects including equipment specification, installation, startup, qualification, and process validation.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on safety, productivity, yield, reliability, and cost reduction.
  • Evaluate alternative solutions to manufacturing problems, considering both immediate and long-term business impacts.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, quality, and regulatory requirements.
What We Are Looking For

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Chemical, Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial, Materials, or related discipline).
  • 2-3 years of engineering experience supporting manufacturing operations, production processes, or industrial systems.
  • Experience troubleshooting manufacturing processes, equipment, and operational issues.
  • Working knowledge of process improvement methodologies and engineering problem-solving techniques.
  • Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and develop practical technical solutions.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to influence stakeholders across functions.
  • Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in advanced materials, chemicals, electronics, semiconductor, or high-volume manufacturing environments.
  • Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Statistical Process Control (SPC), or continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Experience supporting capital projects, equipment upgrades, and process validation activities.
