• Provide exceptional nursing care to residents
• Administer medications and treatments accurately
• Monitor resident conditions and communicate changes appropriately
• Collaborate with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary team members
• Supervise and support STNAs and nursing staff
• Help create a safe, comfortable, and compassionate environment for residents

• Current LPN or RN license
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Compassionate, dependable, and resident-focused attitude
• Long‑term care experience preferred, but not required
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment
