As a Kitchen Manager, you will:

• Lead and manage all back‑of‑house operations
• Ensure food quality, consistency, and presentation standards are met every shift
• Maintain strict food safety and sanitation standards
• Control food cost, waste, and inventory
• Manage ordering, receiving, and proper storage procedures
• Coach, train, and develop kitchen team members
• Build morale and maintain a positive, high‑energy kitchen culture
• Ensure ticket times and execution meet company expectations
• Work closely with the front‑of‑house management team to ensure seamless guest experiences
• Drive profit‑minded kitchen operations while maintaining quality

You’ll be a hands‑on leader who sets the pace, maintains standards, and develops a strong, dependable team.

• Strong leadership and team‑building skills
• Solid understanding of kitchen systems and food cost controls
• Commitment to food safety and cleanliness
• Ability to lead in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment
• Professional, positive demeanor
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Restaurant management experience preferred (but not required)
• Desire to grow and advance within the company
