What You Bring to the Team
  • 5–10+ years of leadership experience where you’ve led teams and delivered results.
  • Experience managing a store or large department — retail preferred but not required.
  • Promoted from assistant or co‑manager roles is a big plus.
  • Comfort leading in fast‑paced, high‑volume, or high‑complexity store environments.

Minimum Qualifications
  • High School Graduate or equivalent.
  • Minimum 3 years of management experience preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to multi‑task.
  • Creative thinking.
  • Ability to maintain composure under pressure.
Essential Job Functions
  • Frequently operate computer and printer, and occasionally operate cash register.
  • Occasionally ascend/descend ladders to retrieve and put away stock.
  • Frequently position self to kneel, bend, twist, and stoop, including in the stock room and on the sales floor.
  • Must be able to identify and discern email and print instructions regarding merchandise layouts, associate schedules, and standard operating procedures.
  • Frequently communicate and exchange information with customers on the telephone and face‑to‑face in the store, as well as with managers and coworkers.
  • Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations.
  • Frequently move across the sales floor directing associates and assisting customers, as well as to and from the stockroom retrieving and putting away merchandise.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 25lbs and place/move merchandise up to a height of 5–10 feet.
