Early Years Practitioner

Thrive Education is looking for qualified Early Years Practitioners to work with some of the fantastic nurseries and pre-schools we support across Cirencester and the surrounding Cotswolds
.

We're looking for Level 2 and Level 3 qualified practitioners who are passionate about Early Years and would like more flexibility around when and where they work.

Whether you're looking for a couple of days each week, regular term-time work or a longer-term placement
, we'd love to hear from you.

• Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years/Childcare qualification
• Previous experience within a nursery, pre-school or Early Years setting
• A genuine passion for working with young children
• A caring, nurturing and enthusiastic approach
• Confidence supporting children's learning, development and play
• Good communication and teamwork
• Someone reliable who can adapt to different settings
• Paediatric First Aid is desirable but not essential

Supply gives you the opportunity to work with a variety of Early Years settings while having more control over your working week.
