What You’ll Do

• Conduct room checks – Maintaining consistency, cleanliness, and presentation across all spaces.
• Support, train & lead the housekeeping team – Building skill, confidence, and pride in their work.
• Help with hands‑on housekeeping tasks as needed – Leading by example during busy periods.
• Manage stock and supplies – Linen levels, amenities, equipment, and orders.
• Uphold hygiene and safety standards – Ensuring compliance with policies and best practice.
• Work closely with reception & maintenance – For smooth daily operations and guest satisfaction.
• Protect the hotel’s ambience – Ensuring every room reflects the calm, natural beauty of our Cotswolds retreat.
