Salary and Working Hours

  • Annual salary of £35,915 (FTE)
  • Permanent role
  • Full-time (39 hours)
  • Field based role working across Lancashire
The role

As a Multi‑Skilled Groundworker you will complete all repair and improvement work safely, efficiently and to client satisfaction. You will communicate effectively with internal office staff, colleagues, managers and customers. You will perform other duties as appropriate and provide support to colleagues directed by their manager.

Qualifications and skills
  • Competent in flagging, fencing and brickwork
  • NVQ Level 2 qualification in your core trade (or equivalent)
  • Ability to work as part of a team and independently
  • Excellent communication skills, able to query jobs and liaise with office staff and managers
  • Can plan and prioritise own workload
  • Ability to work to deadlines and agreed targets
  • Full awareness of relevant H&S requirements and considerations
  • Experience working with housing associations and managing repairs is desirable
  • Full UK driving licence essential
