THE ROLE
As a Vehicle Technician, you'll play a key role in maintaining the safety, reliability, and performance of customer vehicles while delivering exceptional levels of workmanship and customer satisfaction.
Key responsibilities include:
Diagnosing vehicle faults and carrying out repairs efficiently
Completing servicing, maintenance, and repairs to manufacturer standards
Performing vehicle health checks and customer video inspections
Advising on future maintenance and repair requirements
Ensuring all work is completed within allocated timescales
Maintaining accurate service and repair documentation
Keeping the workshop clean, organised, and compliant with health & safety procedures
Continuing to develop your skills through ongoing manufacturer training
ABOUT YOU
We're keen to hear from candidates who can demonstrate:
NVQ Level 3 in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair or equivalent
At least 3 years' experience working on light vehicles
Strong diagnostic and fault-finding abilities
Excellent technical knowledge across a broad range of vehicle systems
A customer-focused approach with excellent attention to detail
The ability to work efficiently in a busy workshop environment
Strong time management and organisational skills
Full UK Manual Driving Licence
