Pay Scale ranges between $21.00 – $29.00 per hour.

Future Honda is growing, and we are looking for an experienced Automotive Accounting & Administrative Clerk who understands dealership operations and can step into a fast-paced office ready to contribute.

Future Automotive Group has been family-owned and operated for more than 60 years and has grown to 13 dealerships and 14 franchises throughout Northern California. This is a hands‑on dealership accounting position supporting multiple areas of the business. If you have experience with automotive accounting, deal processing, schedules, AP/AR, DMV, wholesales, or dealer trades, we want to hear from you.

• Process and verify vehicle deals, invoices, payments, and accounting documents
• Support Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
• Process vendor invoices and maintain accurate vendor records
• Reconcile accounting schedules and research discrepancies
• Review deal costs and supporting documentation for accuracy
• Assist with wholesales, dealer trades, and DMV paperwork
• Support collections and payment processing
• Maintain accurate dealership accounting records and files
• Cross-train in multiple office functions and provide backup support as needed
• Help improve processes as our dealership and accounting office continue to grow

• Previous automotive dealership accounting experience strongly preferred
• Experience with dealership accounting, billing, AP/AR, contracts, DMV, or deal processing
• CDK experience is a plus
• Strong reconciliation and problem‑solving skills
• Ability to work accurately with detailed financial information
• Strong organization and follow‑through
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced dealership environment
• Willingness to cross‑train and support the accounting team where needed
