Construction Analyst
As a Construction Analyst at the GS-0828-12, some of your typical work assignments may include:
- Approving the Preliminary Damage Assessments (PDAs) and survey reports.
- Verifying cause and extent of damage to residential and business structures and facilities characterized by complex design features.
- Determining pre-disaster condition of all disaster damaged property.
- Performing or coordinating disaster damage surveys (PDAs), in coordination with FEMA, state and local officials.
