Your Role & Responsibilities:

As a Center Manager (Clinician - PT/OT), you will:

• Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the therapy center.
• Oversee patient care, ensuring the highest clinical standards.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to drive patient volume and business growth.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with physicians, referral sources, and payers.
• Oversee financial performance, ensuring profitability and operational efficiency.
• Supervise and mentor clinical staff, fostering a positive team environment.
• Ensure compliance with state, federal, and company policies, including Medicare, OSHA, and regulatory standards.
• Manage scheduling, staffing, and clinic operations to maximize efficiency.
• Oversee and participate in marketing and community outreach initiatives.

• Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) or Occupational Therapist (OT) with leadership experience.

Physical Requirements:
