Lead mid to large changes in project deliverables

- Support the management of highly complete deliverables across multiple teams.

- Raise Risks with Accurate Mitigation and Contingency Plans.

- Lead High Stakes/Visible Project/Product and Program Implementations

Leading medium to large cross-functional teams to manage the delivery of moderate to complex changes with prioritized dynamic plans, clear progress tracking, effective stakeholder engagement, and proactive risk/issue management.

Sponsor perceives project team delivered intended value from moderate to complex scope items with proactive management of schedule, budget, and impediments.

Inspires and engages team to strive towards self-organization and peer-accountability. Resource requests are clear, and allocated time is used wisely. Talents are leveraged effectively, and skills are enhanced. Manages underperforming team members. Escalates to sponsor or other supervisors when appropriate. Shares performance information with People and Practice Leads.

Moderate to complex project plans are created and tracked, and associated contingency plans are identified. Tasks are assigned and tracked to leverage current team talents and development goals. Sponsor and team are informed and advised on alternates to optimize budget and schedule. Delivers close to baseline for approved scope on simple and moderate projects with more variance on complex projects. Good judgment in selection and use of most PM tools to scale of project.
