Lead Project Manager

Our client, a leader in the industry sector, is seeking a Lead Project Manager to join their team. As a Lead Project Manager, you will be part of the project management department supporting large, dynamic teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, strategic thinking, and excellent communication skills, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Lead Project Manager

Location: Hybrid from Sacramento, CA

Pay Range: up to $70

• Leading large, multi-faceted teams to envision and execute highly complex and inter-dependent changes amidst significant uncertainty and adversity.
• Translating complex, evolving business aspirations into tangible scope expectations and dynamically delivering upon them.
• Inspiring and engaging teams, even through challenging circumstances, and turning around troubled teams when necessary.
• Accurately predicting resource needs and collaborating with sponsors and supervisors to manage performance and talent development.
• Formulating advanced, integrated plans across multiple sub-teams or domains, with contingency plans and active stakeholder management.

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
• Proven experience leading large, complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong skills in stakeholder management, risk management, and resource allocation.
• Excellent communication skills tailored to diverse stakeholder relationships.
• Mastery of project management tools and methodologies.
