Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) - Part-Time
Seeking an LVN to provide compassionate, person-centered care for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in Northern California. Responsibilities include administering medications, providing hands-on nursing care (wound, g-tube, colostomy, insulin), monitoring vital signs, supporting daily living activities, attending medical appointments, advocating for clients, de-escalating behavioral episodes using CPI techniques, documenting care, and participating in community outings.
Qualifications- Active California LVN License
- Over 1 year of experience supporting adults with developmental disabilities
- Current CPR/First Aid & CPI certifications
- 21+ years old with a valid CA Driver's License
- Compassionate, positive, and team-oriented attitude
