Are you looking for an exciting career opportunity with one of Northern California’s most respected privately owned automotive groups? Future Honda is a part of the Future Automotive Group, is seeking a motivated Used Vehicle Acquisition Specialist to join our growing team.

Future Automotive Group has been family-owned and operated since 1963 and continues to experience rapid growth across 14 dealerships and 3 commercial fleet service centers throughout Northern and Central California. Pay Scale:
Base Hourly Rate: $16.90 - $20.00 with substantial bonuses based on overall performance and other factors.

Responsibilities
  • Build relationships with private sellers, fleet companies, and third-party sourcing platforms
  • Engage directly with customers interested in selling their vehicles to the dealership
  • Monitor online marketplaces and sourcing tools for acquisition opportunities
  • Negotiate vehicle purchases to secure competitive pricing and strong value
  • Analyze market trends and sales history to guide purchasing decisions
  • Coordinate logistics for acquired vehicles
  • Partner with the reconditioning team to prioritize inventory for fast turnaround
  • Track customer demand for high-interest vehicles and assist with sourcing
  • Support marketing efforts by identifying in-demand models
  • Provide insights on market trends to improve acquisition strategies
Qualifications
  • Customer service, sales, or negotiation experience preferred
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Positive attitude with a competitive, goal-oriented mindset
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Valid Sales license
  • Ability to follow dealership policies, procedures, and deadlines
