Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable Specialist Salary: $60,000 - $75,000

• Manage accounts receivable, including cash application, collections, aging, and retention tracking.
• Process vendor invoices, payment runs, and account reconciliations.
• Maintain vendor records, W-9s, insurance certificates, and annual 1099 reporting.
• Assist with month-end close and provide backup support for certified payroll reporting.
• 2+ years of combined accounts payable and accounts receivable experience.
• Construction accounting experience, including job costing and progress billings required.
• Experience using an ERP system required;
Acumatica experience preferred.
• Proficiency with Excel, including lookups and pivot tables.
