Project Executive/Senior Project Manager

Seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Executive/Senior Project Manager to oversee the successful execution of multifamily construction projects in Oregon. The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record of managing complex projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

Responsibilities:
  • Oversee all aspects of multifamily construction projects, from planning and design to construction and completion.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, ensuring alignment with project objectives, budgets, and timelines.
  • Manage and coordinate project teams, including architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors.
  • Effectively communicate project progress, issues, and milestones to stakeholders, including clients, investors, and internal management.
  • Monitor and control project costs, ensuring adherence to approved budgets and identifying cost-saving opportunities.
  • Manage project risks and implement mitigation strategies to minimize potential delays or disruptions.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable safety regulations and quality standards.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients, vendors, and subcontractors to maintain a collaborative and productive working environment.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in construction project management, with a focus on multifamily residential projects.
  • Demonstrated expertise in managing complex projects from inception to completion, adhering to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
  • Proven ability to lead and coordinate project teams, fostering effective communication and collaboration.
  • Strong understanding of construction methodologies, materials, and techniques.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Exceptional organizational and problem-solving abilities.
