Project Executive/Senior Project Manager
Seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Executive/Senior Project Manager to oversee the successful execution of multifamily construction projects in Oregon. The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record of managing complex projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
Responsibilities:- Oversee all aspects of multifamily construction projects, from planning and design to construction and completion.
- Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, ensuring alignment with project objectives, budgets, and timelines.
- Manage and coordinate project teams, including architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors.
- Effectively communicate project progress, issues, and milestones to stakeholders, including clients, investors, and internal management.
- Monitor and control project costs, ensuring adherence to approved budgets and identifying cost-saving opportunities.
- Manage project risks and implement mitigation strategies to minimize potential delays or disruptions.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable safety regulations and quality standards.
- Foster strong relationships with clients, vendors, and subcontractors to maintain a collaborative and productive working environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in construction project management, with a focus on multifamily residential projects.
- Demonstrated expertise in managing complex projects from inception to completion, adhering to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Proven ability to lead and coordinate project teams, fostering effective communication and collaboration.
- Strong understanding of construction methodologies, materials, and techniques.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Exceptional organizational and problem-solving abilities.
