Procedures/Cases:
General Dentistry

Credentialing Timeframe: under 30days

Requirements:
Active State License, Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA), Basic Life Support (BLS), Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR), and use of Denticon Electronic Medical Record (EMR)
