Job Summary:

The Physical Therapist will evaluate, plan, and provide rehabilitative services to patients, promoting optimal recovery and functional independence. The role involves collaborating with healthcare teams to deliver individualized treatment plans and ensure quality patient care.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patients' medical histories and current physical conditions to develop tailored treatment programs.
• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions to improve mobility, strength, and function.
• Document patient progress and update treatment plans accordingly, ensuring compliance with clinical standards.
• Educate patients and their families on exercises and injury prevention strategies.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to coordinate comprehensive care.

Qualifications:

• Hold an active Physical Therapist license.
• Demonstrate prior experience in setting and managing patient treatment plans.
• Possess excellent communication and patient care skills.
• Be available to work daytime shifts with flexibility for week/week end hours as required.
• Have proficiency with standard treatment equipment and documentation systems.
