Assembly Line Production Associate - Warn Industries
Position Overview
Warn Industries is seeking motivated team members to join our assembly line production team. This is a hands-on, fast-paced manufacturing role where employees work together to build high-quality products while maintaining strong safety and quality standards. This position involves continuous movement of product along the assembly line, use of hand and power tools, and regular lifting, pushing, and pulling of materials (minimum 40 lbs.).

Key Responsibilities
- Perform assembly line operations using standard procedures, tools, and equipment in a fast-paced production environment.
- Move products and components through the assembly process, including frequent lifting, pushing, and pulling of materials up to 40 lbs. (heavier items with assistance when required).
- Follow written work instructions, diagrams, and supervisor direction to complete assigned production tasks.
- Inspect parts and completed assemblies to ensure they meet quality standards and identify defects.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area while following all company safety procedures.
- Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to meet daily production goals.
- Rotate between assembly stations as needed to support workflow and team coverage.
- Full-time, on-site manufacturing position (approximately 40 hours per week).
- Monday through Friday 2:30pm - 11:00pm, 10% swing shift differential is applicable for hours worked on swing shift.
- Overtime may be required based on production needs.
- Work is performed in a warehouse/manufacturing environment with machinery noise, moving equipment, and varying temperatures.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous manufacturing or assembly experience helpful but not required; training provided.
- Ability to read and follow work instructions in English.
- Strong teamwork, reliability, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented production setting.
- Frequent lifting, pushing, and pulling of materials weighing at least 40 lbs.
- Repetitive hand and arm movements while assembling products.
- Standing and moving throughout the shift.
- Occasional bending, stooping, kneeling, or climbing step ladders.
Monday through Friday 2:30pm - 11pm
