Forklift Operator

Our client, a leading manufacturing and distribution organization, is seeking a Forklift Operator to join their team. As a Forklift Operator, you will be part of the warehouse operations supporting logistics and inventory management. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, safety consciousness, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

** Position Type** : 3-Month Contract-to-Hire

** Pay Rate** : $21.00/hour

** Shift:
** Friday - Tuesday, 6am - 2:30pm

** What's the Job?*
* + Operate forklift safely and efficiently to move materials within the warehouse

+ Inspect forklifts before use to ensure proper functioning

+ Load and unload trucks, ensuring accuracy and safety

+ Maintain accurate records of inventory and material movements in ERP system

+ Coordinate with department supervisors to meet production schedules

** What's Needed?*
* + High School Diploma or equivalent

+ At least 1 year of experience working in a warehouse environment, manufacturing preferred

+ 1+ years of forklift operation experience, including sit-down and propane forklifts

+ Possession of a certified forklift operator license (preferred)

+ RF scanning experience (preferred)
