WE ARE HIRING!

Position: Machine Operator Trainee

Location: Clackamas, WA

Pay: $21/hr

Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 7:00am-3:30pm
Full-time, on-site with 40 hours guaranteed
Optional overtime available

Who We Are:
We're looking for someone ready to jump into the world of steel fabrication and CNC machinery. No experience? No problem. If you're dependable, eager to learn, and not afraid to work hard, this could be a solid career move with room to grow.

What You'll Do:

• Learn the basics of CNC machine operation with hands-on training
• Assist machine operators with setup and daily production tasks
• Help move and organize materials around the shop
• Learn to read shop drawings and work orders
• Support quality checks and inspections
• Keep the shop clean, safe, and running smoothly
• Work around heavy equipment while following safety procedures

What You Need to Have:

• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• Ability to follow instructions and work with a team

• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
• Comfortable working in a shop environment with noise, dust, and machinery

The Musts:

• Show up on time and ready to work
• Follow all safety rules and PPE requirements
• Stay motivated and open to learning new skills
• Reliable transportation to work

Preferred:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Mechanical aptitude or interest in hands-on work
• Any previous warehouse, production, or shop experience is a plus
