Production Technician

Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a dedicated Production Technician to join their team. As a Production Technician, you will be an essential part of the production department supporting operational excellence and quality assurance. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, teamwork, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

** Pay Range:**  $21

** Shift:
** 6:00 AM - 6:30 PM, 2-2-3 rotation, every other weekend off

** What's the Job?*
* + Perform all tasks associated with production equipment safely, maintaining quality and efficiency standards

+ Observe machine operations to ensure product quality and conformity

+ Regulate machine flow, speed, or temperature as needed

+ Stop or reset machines during malfunctions and troubleshoot deviations from standard parameters

+ Complete production paperwork accurately and maintain consistent attendance

** What's Needed?*
* + High school diploma or equivalent

+ Basic written communication skills

+ Basic computer skills and math skills

+ Manufacturing experience preferred

+ Knowledge of sanitation, GMP, and allergen handling processes is a plus
