Inventory Lead is responsible for accurate documentation and tracking of all product inventory state-mandated inventory tracking systems (METRC, or the state equivalent) as well as all internal tracking systems. In addition, the Inventory Lead manages inventory before and after packaging, testing and sales fulfillment. They will facilitate and assist with all sale transactions including being a point of contact for our company sales representatives.
Responsible for training and coaching Inventory Specialists in collaboration with Supervisors and Managers. Must be able to work a flexible schedule.

Reporting To:

- Assist in inventory control based on company standards and state regulations:
- Document and enter all inventory from production kitchen into METRC, or other state-specific inventory tracking system
- Clearly label all inventory
- Perform daily audits of physical inventory
- Collaborate with Inventory Supervisor or Manager on inventory levels and packaging planning
- Log all transfers from inventory items into finished packaged sellable units
- Fulfill orders, complete manifest documentation, facilitate the intake and outtake of product with sales representatives
- Log all transfers from inventory items into finished packaged sellable units
- Receive inventory; clearly labeling and documenting and entering all inventory from production kitchen into cannabis tracking systems
- Receive, stage, and coordinate the flow of raw materials throughout the facility.
- Document and enter all inventory from production kitchen into METRC and other tracking systems
- Clearly label all inventory
- Maintain a clean and organized inventory vault and ensure a safe working environment
- Batch Testing Scheduling testing pickups
- Receiving test results and uploading to production server
- Effectively communicate information and respond to questions/suggestions from various levels within the company
- Report any product or production equipment that appears damaged, spoiled, broken, unusable, or unsatisfactory in any way to supervisors
- Communicate discrepancies in quantities or quality of product
- Participate in training Inventory employees and assist with planning, assigning, and directing work
- Addressing complaints and resolving problems

- Experience:
