Precision Castparts Corp - - Responsibilities:
Provide leadership to promote teamwork, continuous improvement, and production quality and safety within the SSBO Investing department;
Facilitate department scheduling and shift setup to production requirements;
Train employees and ensure work instructions are met; ensure tools and maintenance support are available;
Promote process control and determine corrective actions to reduce downtime; act as maintenance point of contact with onsite vendors;
Monitor and reduce downtime, coordinate preventive maintenance adjustments, and communicate downtime impacts to supervisors
