Material Specialist I
The Material Specialist I is responsible for ensuring that our production lines continue to operate effectively. While working independently, yet still collaboratively, this position plays an integral role in our organization and our commitment to providing high quality products & exceptional customer service to our internal, and external customers.
As a manufacturing Material Specialist I, you will play a crucial part in moving and transacting material, in either a line or forklift support role, ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the production line. Our material specialists use several tools to assist in their day-to-day operations including but not limited to: sit-down forklift, standup forklift, cherry pickers, RF Smart guns, tablets, computers, wrap machines, pallet jacks and more.
The essential functions of this position require prioritizing and completing all assigned tasks in a timely and efficient manner, adjusting for changing priorities and availability of resources, and demonstrating initiative in identifying additional job-related tasks to be completed when time permits.

Skills:
Ability to read, write, verbalize and comprehend instructions and correspondence in the English language. Exhibit strong oral and written communication skills. Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with internal and external customers while providing exceptional quality of work and outstanding customer service.
Mathematical
Skills:
Must have mathematical skills equivalent to those required under education requirement.
Physical and Visual
