Legacy Talent Search is currently seeking candidates for a Burn Table Operator role in Clackamas, OR. Set up and operate CNC burn table equipment, including plasma and oxy-fuel cutting machines, to cut metal materials according to specifications. Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and technical drawings to ensure accurate cutting and fabrication. Load, position, and secure metal plates and materials safely for production runs. Monitor machine operations and make adjustments as needed to maintain quality and efficiency.

Inspect finished parts for accuracy, quality, and compliance with production standards. Perform routine maintenance, cleaning, and troubleshooting of burn table equipment. Utilize measuring tools and gauges to verify dimensions and tolerances. Maintain accurate production records and report any equipment issues or material defects. Follow all workplace safety procedures and maintain a clean and organized work environment. Collaborate with production and fabrication teams to meet deadlines and daily production goals.

High school diploma or equivalent required; prior burn table, CNC, or metal fabrication experience preferred. Experience operating plasma or oxy-fuel cutting equipment is strongly preferred. Ability to read blueprints and use measuring tools accurately. Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a physically demanding manufacturing environment. Excellent teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Commitment to workplace safety and quality standards. Flexibility to work overtime or varying shifts as needed.

$27/hour.
