Legacy Talent Search is currently seeking candidates for a Press Brake Operator role in Clackamas, OR. Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate press brake machinery to bend and form metal components according to specifications.
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work orders to ensure accurate production.
• Perform machine adjustments and tooling changes as needed to maintain production quality.
• Inspect finished products using measuring tools to verify dimensions and quality standards.
• Monitor equipment performance and report any maintenance or repair needs promptly.
• Load and unload materials while maintaining a clean and organized work area.
• Follow all company safety procedures and maintain compliance with workplace standards.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily production goals and deadlines.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; prior press brake or metal fabrication experience preferred.
• Ability to read blueprints and use precision measuring equipment accurately.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.
• Ability to lift up to 50+ lbs and stand for extended periods in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Welding or fabrication experience is a plus.
