Production Technician I – Night Shift

Production Technician I – Night Shift
Location:
Clackamas, OR Pay:
Starting at $21.00/hour + $2.00/hour night shift differential
Schedule:
6:00 PM – 6:30 AM Rotation: 2-2-3 schedule with every other weekend off
We're hiring Production Technician I candidates to join our production team in Clackamas!
What You'll Do:- Operate and monitor production equipment safely and efficiently
- Observe machine operations to ensure product quality and conformity
- Regulate machine flow, speed, and temperature
- Stop and reset equipment when malfunctions occur
- Troubleshoot equipment issues and help identify the root cause of problems
- Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and safety procedures
- Complete production paperwork accurately
- Work collaboratively with your team to meet production goals
- Maintain reliable and punctual attendance
- Starting pay of $21/hour
- +$2/hour night shift differential
- Higher pay may be available based on experience
- 3 weeks of PTO to start
- 9 floating holidays per year
- Every other weekend off
