OverviewWe are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Material Handler to support production and warehouse operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for receiving, stocking, staging, and transporting materials throughout the facility to ensure production teams have the parts they need when they need them. The ideal candidate has experience with shipping and receiving, forklift operation, inventory control, and working within a manufacturing or warehouse setting.
Key Responsibilities- Receive incoming materials and verify shipments against purchase orders and packing slips.
- Label, stock, and organize inventory in designated warehouse and production locations.
- Assemble production kits and ensure all required components are available for manufacturing.
- Move materials throughout the facility using forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Prepare parts and finished products for shipment, including packaging, staging, and loading.
- Utilize SAP and inventory management systems to track material movements and maintain accurate records.
- Conduct cycle counts and assist with inventory audits.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment.
- Follow all safety procedures and material handling standards.
- Lift and move materials weighing up to 50 lbs regularly throughout the shift.
- Previous experience as a Material Handler, Warehouse Associate, Shipping & Receiving Clerk, or similar role.
- Experience working in a manufacturing, production, or industrial environment.
- Forklift and pallet jack operating experience.
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn SAP or other ERP systems.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to safely lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the workday.
- Dependable attendance and ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Experience with inventory control and warehouse organization.
- Familiarity with kitting parts for assembly or production operations.
- Experience supporting manufacturing processes involving large machinery or equipment.
- Strong communication skills and ability to coordinate with production and shipping teams.

Pay and Benefits:
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
