** for a manufacturing facility in  
** Clackamas, OR** . This role is ideal for experienced forklift operators who enjoy working in a fast-paced warehouse environment and supporting production operations.

You will play a key role in keeping production running by safely moving materials, staging pallets, and maintaining accurate inventory records.

** Up to $24.35/hour depending on experience

* Schedule:

** 6:00 AM - 6:30 PM on a rotating 2-2-3 schedule

Every other weekend is a  
** 3-day weekend!*
* Benefits include:

+ 3 weeks PTO

+ 9 floating holidays

** Responsibilities:*
* + Safely operate electric or propane forklifts in a manufacturing warehouse environment

+ Move raw materials and finished goods throughout the facility

+ Stage pallets for production using  
** FEFO (First Expired, First Out)
** procedures

+ Deliver materials to production lines to support daily operations

+ Use RF scanners and ERP systems to track inventory movement

+ Maintain accurate inventory records for all pallet movements

+ Follow all safety procedures and warehouse organization standards

+ Wear required PPE including hairnet, safety glasses, and safety vest

+ Follow GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) guidelines

* + Previous forklift experience required

+ Experience operating electric or propane forklifts preferred

+ Warehouse, manufacturing, or production support experience preferred

+ Comfortable using RF scanners and computer systems

+ Strong attention to detail and inventory accuracy

+ Ability to work a 12-hour rotating schedule

+ Ability to follow safety procedures in a fast-paced environment
